Pudding gourmet biscuits



Ingredients:



* 1 tray or 397 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk

* ½ cup or 100g unsalted butter? Thawed

* 1 tray or 170 g of cream Nestle

* 4 cups or 1000 ml of water

* ½ cup or 100g caster sugar

* 4 eggs

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1 teaspoon of lemon peel? Grated

* ¾ cup or 100 g plain flour

* 1½ cup or 150 g tea biscuits

* 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

* 3 tablespoons ground pistachio

* 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut

How to prepare:

* Mixes Nestle sweetened condensed milk with butter, cream, Nestle, water, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest in a mixing bowl where the ingredients mix well together.

* Add the flour to the mixture in batches and mix with remaining ingredients until mixture is smooth.

* Mixture is placed in a large saucepan, stirring constantly over medium fire until the mixture boils.

* Leave the ingredients over low heat for one minute period or until mixture becomes thick, then remove from heat.

* Successive layers of cream mixture placed, biscuits and cocoa powder in a large baking dish, and the process is repeated with the last layer of the cream mixture placed on the surface.

* Sprinkle ground pistachio and coconut on top and put the dish in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes.

* Extracted the dish from the oven and placed in a room temperature to cool and then placed in the fridge. Cut into slices and serve.
