Ingredients:
* Cups of fine bulgur
* 3 medium heads of tomatoes, cut into small cubes
* 3 chopped heads of green onions
* Small red onion, chopped
* Half a bunch of parsley, chopped
* Half a bunch of chopped mint
* Head of green cayenne pepper, minced
* a small spoon of salt
* Cup of olive oil
* Tablespoon tomato paste
* Teaspoon of pepper paste
* A quarter cup of pomegranate molasses
How to prepare:
* Heats half a cup of olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until it becomes pale.
* Add the bulgur and pepper paste and tomato paste, mixed all together and raise the pot from the heat.
